Unprofessional staff!

The staff here is really helpful, and the breakfast is excellent, and I enjoyed the silent and spacious room with central heating, multi-channel TV, and a sitting area.

The location of the hotel is perfect, with restaurants, a supermarket, and the train station all within walking distance. We were also close to the Wiesbaden art and natural science museum. As a budget traveler, the price of the hotel was great. The staff at the reception were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a variety of delicious options.
